Chief Medical Officer hired by Heartland Whole Health Institute

John Findley has recently been appointed as the chief medical officer at Heartland Whole Health Institute in Bentonville. Walter Harris, President and CEO of the institute, praised Findley for his nearly three decades of experience in leading change and innovation in healthcare. Harris expressed confidence that Findley’s leadership and dedication to excellence will help transform healthcare and fulfill the institute’s mission of improving health outcomes together.

Findley brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having most recently served as president of Bryan Health Connect in Lincoln, Neb. Prior to his executive roles, he spent 15 years as a medical provider in western Colorado. Findley is excited about joining the passionate team at Heartland Whole Health Institute, where they aim to redesign the healthcare delivery system to better serve patients across the Heartland region. He looks forward to collaborating with partners to make significant progress in healthcare for future generations.

The 75,000-square-foot building that houses office space and community gathering areas is currently under construction near Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville. This marks a significant step towards improving healthcare services in the region. Established in 2019 by Alice Walton, Heartland Whole Health Institute and its sister organization, Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, are dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through innovative approaches and cutting-edge technology.
