Nebraska extends offer to South Dakota tight end

Nebraska Cornhuskers recently extended a scholarship to Cooper Terwilliger, a tight end from T.F. Riggs High School in Pierre, South Dakota. The 6-5, 210-pound prospect caught the attention of the Cornhuskers during their football camp over the weekend. Marcus Satterfield, who will take over as Nebraska’s tight ends coach this season after coaching quarterbacks last year, personally offered Terwilliger the scholarship.

This offer marks Terwilliger’s third school to express interest in him, following offers from Iowa State and Kansas State. Satterfield sees great potential in the recruit and is excited to have him on board for the upcoming season. As Terwilliger weighs his options and considers his future in college football, fans can stay updated on all things Nebraska by following @CornhuskersWire on X and liking their page on Facebook for ongoing coverage of Nebraska news, notes, and opinions. With new assistant coach Glenn Thomas joining the team this season, the future looks bright for the Cornhuskers.
