The Biggest Buc-ee’s Travel Center Debuts in Luling, Texas

In Luling, Texas, the world’s largest Buc-ee’s location opened its doors on Monday morning. The store spans over 75,000 square feet and features 120 fuel pumps. This new location surpasses the second-largest Buc-ee’s in Sevierville, Tennessee by a margin of 293 square feet.

Buc-ee’s has now opened its 50th location across Texas and the South. Stan Beard, Buc-ee’s Director of Real Estate and Development, expressed excitement about celebrating this achievement with the people of Luling. The new location replaces the first ever Buc-ee’s travel center that was built in Luling in 2003.

Luling, situated between Austin and San Antonio, is now home to the world’s largest Buc-ee’s store. Just a year prior to this opening, a world’s smallest Buc-ee’s art installation was installed in Sanderson, Texas. This installation highlighted the brand’s widespread influence throughout the state. Julia Falcon, a digital content producer at CBS News Texas, provided more detailed coverage on various topics related to this exciting opening.
